Hi, I'm Courtney Gabelbauer.

For the past 15 years, I’ve had the joy of designing destination weddings that bring each couple’s unique vision to life.

I’m a detail-oriented planner by nature…timelines, layouts, logistics, and communication are my love language. I love getting to know my couples, understanding what matters most to them, and turning that into a day that feels exactly right, whether the priority is the flowers, the bar, the band, or simply making sure everyone feels relaxed and taken care of.

I share this wonderful industry with my husband, Jim, a talented instrumental guitarist, who also performs for weddings; it’s a world we both love and feel lucky to be part of together.

We live in sunny Southwest Florida with our two children, Henry and Clara, and our yellow lab, Winston. When I’m not designing weddings, you’ll probably find me tending to my garden roses, eating dessert, watching the sunset, or planning our next family adventure.

I’m a “go big or go home” type through and through. If I can’t give 110% to something, I won’t do it. I believe over dressing is almost always not a thing, apps are not optional when out to dinner, and champagne is definitely not just for special occasions.

After fifteen years, I still light up watching a wedding day unfold, seeing my couples laugh, cry, and take it all in. There’s something incredibly special about being trusted with one of the most meaningful days in someone’s life, and I don’t take that for granted.

My mission is simple: to make the planning process smooth and enjoyable, and to deliver a day that exceeds every expectation.
